How do I get started?
It is very easy to start. Just signup on this page, provide all the information required to set up your instance of MyChurch App. Create your login and you are good to go.
How do I import my existing members to MyChurch App?
Under Members section, we provide a simple CSV template to fill in and bulk upload your member data.
What is MyChurch Member App?
Each instance of MyChurch Account comes with its unique link for MyChurch Member App. This Member App is used by your Church Members to track their contributions, download tax-receipt, register kids for Sunday School, update address , profile and much more. Each member can set up their unique secure login ID and password.
How do I enable MyChurch Member App?
When you signup, your MyChurch Member App is automatically enabled. Go to “App Settings” under your profile to find your unique link for MyChurch Member App.
How can new member register to my Church?
In your profile “App Settings” page, you can find a unique link for a New Member Registration page. This link can be posted in your website or embedded within your church website and new members can register to your Church online.
I do not have a website for my Church, can I still use the link through email?
Yes, you can send your unique link through email for new members to register. We also provide services to set up Church website at minimal cost. Contact us to set up your website.
Can i do full accounting in MyChurch App?
Yes, we support full accounting including generation of financial statements and reporting. We have banking module to import your monthly bank transaction, reconcile it with your accounting and much more.
