Terms and Conditions

Entity Name: Teknofi Information Technology Services (“Provider”)
Product Name: MyChurchAppServices (“Service”)

By signing up, accessing, or using the Service, you (“Customer”, “You”) agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

1. Grant of License

Provider grants Customer a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable, limited license to access and use the Service solely for its internal business operations.

2. Customer Responsibilities

• Customer is solely responsible for the content, data, and activity within their instance of the Service.
• Customer shall maintain the security of their credentials and account access.
• Customer agrees not to use the Service for unlawful purposes or in violation of applicable laws.

3. Data and Privacy

• Customer retains all rights to its data submitted to the Service.
• Provider shall use commercially reasonable efforts to protect Customer data from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
Provider does not warrant that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including data loss or breaches, even if advised of the possibility.
• Provider’s total liability for all claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by Customer in the preceding 12 months.

6. Indemnification

Customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Provider and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of Customer’s use of the Service, including any data-related claims.

7. Term and Termination

• This Agreement remains in effect until terminated.
• Either party may terminate with notice.
• Upon termination, Customer’s access to the Service will be revoked and data may be deleted after [e.g., 30 days].

8. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Province of British Columbia, Canada.

9. Changes to the Agreement

Provider may modify this Agreement by posting updated terms on its website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior discussions or agreements
